You must have registered on our website to write a review. We thank you for sharing your views with other customers and us. However, all reviews will be checked before they are posted to the site so please follow our guidelines.

VAT Free Sale Terms and Conditions
From time to time Wax Centre Distribution Ltd runs VAT Free promotions. To be first to hear about these events, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Facebook. When we do run a VAT Free Offer, prices would have already been reduced in the promotion with a discount which is equal to VAT Free (16.66%). Therefore it is equivalent to not having to pay the VAT. You will still be charged VAT (according to the law!), but the total amount you pay is as if we had not charged it.
For example, if a product costs £10.00 +VAT the total you normally pay is £12.00. When we have a VAT Free Sale, we discount the price down to £8.33 +VAT so the total you pay is £10.00, which is the same as the original price, but without the VAT.
VAT Free discount does not apply to the delivery charge and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/promotions.
Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept payment in full through the following credit/debit cards: Visa (including Electron), MasterCard, or Maestro via Stripe. Additionally, we offer payment options through Klarna and Clearpay*. Please note that each payment method has its specific terms and conditions, which you should review before making a purchase.
- Payment Process: Payment is required to be made in full before the dispatching of goods. Upon checkout, you will be provided with various payment options, including Stripe, Klarna, and Clearpay. Please select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions provided to complete your payment.
- Stripe Payments: If you choose to pay via Stripe, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can enter your payment details. Please ensure that the billing address and cardholder information provided during the checkout process matches the information on file with your credit/debit card issuer. We reserve the right to decline any payment that fails to pass the necessary security checks.
- Klarna Payments: If you choose to pay via Klarna, you will be subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions. Klarna offers flexible payment options, including Pay Later, Slice It, and more. - Clearpay Payments*: If you choose to pay via Clearpay, you will be subject to Clearpay’s terms and conditions. Clearpay allows you to split your purchase into interest-free installments. - Currency and Exchange Rates: All transactions will be processed in the currency specified on our website. If you are making a payment from a foreign currency account, please be aware that exchange rate fluctuations may apply. Your card issuer or payment provider may also charge additional fees for currency conversion. We recommend contacting your card issuer or payment provider for more information on applicable fees and exchange rates.

*Clearpay Disclaimer:
Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay’s behalf. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving a complete order. However, this can vary due to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. We can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
Wax Centre Distributions Limited is not liable for delayed, missing or damaged parcels/contents if a delivery signature has not been obtained where the parcel has been left in a designated safe place at your request. If you choose to have your order delivered to a location you deem as ‘safe’ then the liability transfers to you.
Next Day Delivery
If orders are received, fully completed and payment is taken before 3 pm GMT between Monday to Thursday, we aim to deliver them the next working day. Dispatch times can vary depending on stock availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to any delays that can result from transport delays or force majeure, for which we will not be held responsible. We can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
Next day delivery only applies to items that are in stock. Does not apply to items that are sent directly from our supplier, or large or heavy items. Next day delivery is only available to mainland UK. Some areas of the UK cannot receive Next Day Delivery.
Please note, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery following a Bank Holiday Weekend.
Free delivery offer
Orders placed online over £90, including VAT, to most parts of mainland UK qualify for free delivery.
Free delivery over £90 does not apply to orders where a promotional discount has been applied.
